The Young Space Doctor


I am an older man, possibly a doctor. I am supporting colony, possibly on another planet. I am competing with a younger doctor, possibly romantically as well as professionally. I have responsibilities that goe beyond medicine. The young doctor performs a medical service that is also notable environmentally sustainable. I report his actions making more likely that he will stay and create personal conflicts for me, but be good for the community. This happens a second time. I am awoken by the dogs.

Notes: No thoughts of The Phase or Google Maker when I wake up. I stayed up waaaay too late (3-4a). I should have a good opportunity to do WBTB but will piss away the morning, a beautiful post Labor Day morning.

In and Out with The Phase Technique

I wake up but do not move or open my eyes. I try and remember my dream and I have a vague recollection about making something possibly like a cookie. But then I remember I'm supposed to be doing the face. My arms are very heavy so I feel I am very close to the face. I try and roll over Set up or just left at 8. Then I tried to rotate through the techniques. I try and remember an image and go back into the dream. It doesn't seem to work and then an incredibly Vivid Image appears. It's like I'm looking at black top possibly a Runway there are these bold bright orange symbols painted there's a very specific word that I almost here but I have now forgotten. I try and go through the other Techniques rapidly. Looking at and then rubbing my hands so that I can hear them. The imagine of swimming. But I keep getting distracted possibly going back into the dream partially not lucid. I'm supposed to be doing for quick rotations. I don't think I ever complete that. The dogs move the phone rings it cetera. I wake up. It has been 5 hours!

Notes: Is this progress? I will say yes. In his eBook The Phase, Michael Raduga says the biggest reason people fail is because they fail to follow the procedures, specifically not doing the 4 cycles of 2-3 techniques rapidly (2-3 seconds each. All of this in less than a minute, not 5 hours! If you find yourself in the phase you are supposed to do a reality check (look in the mirror) and then do the first thing on your list, in my case, ride a red Honda Super Magna motorcycle after looking in the mirror. You need to be militarily strident in your effort and then go with it when you find yourself in The Phase. So I will mark all of this struggling down to progress.
