Attempts at Lucid Dreaming
I set out with the explicit intention to experience lucid dreaming. In the first dream, I found myself zooming into incredible detail, eventually seeing a small video block. The visuals were exceptionally clear, but in my attempt to watch it, I woke up.
Determined to re-engage, I intentionally went back to sleep and successfully accessed the video screens again.
Interpretation: It feels like my subconscious is trying to provide me with specific "windows" or anchors to enter a lucid state. Even though I couldn't hold the thread for long, having the second experience within 20 minutes of the first was an extraordinary proof of concept.
