Marty Climbs a Tower

I am hanging out with Marty Willaims and others in our family. We are at the base of an obervation tower thtat is very substantial. It is made out of brinck and is 4 or 5 stories tall. We are playing with somehting and it gets stuck up on the wall, pretty high up. The item is not vauable in anyway, it may be an empty soda bottle. He decides to climp up to get. I think the idea is crazy but he assures me he is amizingly fit and flexible.

We put a ladder up to the wall and he climbs. I am getting nervous and then it gets crazy. There is some ort of pipes or structure just above where the ladder can reach. He may have laready passed the objeect that starte the ascent. He take a broom, places it next to the pipe and climbs for the top. As it turns out there is an obervation platform before the top. He climbs over the wall onto the porch and two cops are waiting ofr him.

I am still at the base and cannot see what is happening. I think about getting a neighbor (where I live in NC) who is a lawyer. A freind shows up (from back in DC) dressed in a shabby suite and walks up the stairs on the entrance side of the tower.  I am concrned but not really fearful. I wake mostly confused as to the meaning.
