Michal Jordan at the High School

I am outside at a local high school on a basketball court. There is a big crowd as Michael Jordan is visiting and is playing against the kids. It's not at all organized everybody is having fun it's like there's 20 plus kids and more Milling around on the court that are all playing against Michael at the same time. Everybody is having fun. I take a shot or I watch someone right next to me take a shot and it's a crazy one. When it's first shot it doesn't even go on the court. It hits a tree branch then bounces on the ground or on the court once and then bounces up to the basket and circles the rim. It doesn't go in but it was so close it was amazing.

Note: I have no clue what this dream is trying to tell me. I think it is a happy dream.

ChatGPT

This dream carries a sense of excitement, playfulness, and even a touch of awe. Here are some key themes and possible interpretations:

1. The Basketball Game & Michael Jordan

Michael Jordan is a legendary figure, symbolizing excellence, mastery, and the pinnacle of success. His presence in your dream suggests a connection to ambition, competition, or the desire to be in the presence of greatness—either as an observer or participant. However, the atmosphere is relaxed and unstructured, which implies that this isn't about intense competition but about joy, inspiration, and shared experience.

Possible meaning:

  • You may be reflecting on how skill, mastery, and greatness can be expressed in a fun, unpressured way.
  • There could be an element of seeking inspiration from someone who has achieved greatness, whether in sports, personal pursuits, or life in general.

2. The Free-Flowing, Unstructured Nature of the Game

The game isn’t an organized competition—it’s a free-for-all where everyone is just having fun. This suggests that your subconscious may be emphasizing the importance of playfulness over structure in your life right now. It could reflect your natural approach to learning (e.g., your interest in deliberate play with guitar) or a need to embrace spontaneity.

Possible meaning:

  • You might be in a phase where structured, rigid approaches don’t feel right, and you are seeking a more natural, intuitive way to engage with life.
  • There may be a sense of community and shared joy in your waking life that you're appreciating or craving.

3. The Wild Shot & Almost-Miracle Outcome

The crazy shot, bouncing off a tree branch, hitting the ground, then miraculously circling the rim but not going in, is an important detail. This suggests an element of unexpected success—or almost success—through an unconventional path.

Possible meaning:

  • You may be witnessing or experiencing situations where things don’t unfold in a straightforward way but still come remarkably close to working out.
  • It could reflect a feeling of admiration for someone else’s creative or daring approach to life.
  • You might be in a phase where unconventional methods or risks are leading to surprising outcomes, even if they don’t quite “land” yet.

Final Thoughts

This dream reflects a spirit of play, the joy of being in the presence of greatness, and a reminder that success—or at least remarkable outcomes—can happen in unexpected ways. It may be encouraging you to embrace spontaneity, take risks, and enjoy the journey, even when things don’t go exactly as planned. There’s also a theme of being close to something amazing—whether it’s personal success, a breakthrough, or an inspiring experience—suggesting that you’re on the verge of something meaningful.

Camp then Campus

I'm within a group of adults visiting a Sleepaway Camp. It's a celebration or a fundraising event for people that have been there before but are now in a position to donate to the camp. I'm walking through this facility with one of the hosts and he's trying to press me for a donation. I snap at him almost rudely and say that I'm considering a donation but I'm not in a position to do that now. His clothes change from business casual to very casual and sort of old. I checked myself and I realized that I've been rude and there was no need for that. Explain to him that I would like to donate in the future and let's discuss some of the potential details. Like how much would he suggest I donate. He's thinking around $20,000 and I'm thinking around $1,000.

I'm now walking through a very similar facility but now it's morphed into a college campus. Not the campus per se I'm inside one of the buildings it's very new well laid out. I'm walking by a group that is watching a movie or a presentation but it's an open space. I have a bag of trash possibly something left over from lunch there's a wide open trash can I toss it in just a few inches away and still manage to miss it. I'm slightly embarrassed and I pick it up and I consider doing another quasi basketball shot but I figure that would be silly and I toss it in the trash can but now it's in a second trash can it is next to the first it's more temporary smaller trash can it's nearly full but it goes in nicely. And I walked down the hall there's a series of offices I'm now back out in the main open space in the facility and I'm talking to a friend of mine about a professor that he is trying to catch up with. I have been aware of this professor as well and may have an idea where he is. Earlier I overheard him talking to someone and he said he was in B which I understood was one of those rooms down the hall. So I'm now walking down that Hall again just trying to locate the professor for my friend. I looked through these glass doors they open up with big handles and I look very closely. To the right are a series of individual spaces but it's their hospital beds with people in them it's very busy. To the left are open cubicles that are very sophisticated where someone could just come down and sit down and be productive with a computer. And I imagine that's where the professor might be. I open the door and ask a woman who is monitoring the space she won't let me in and ask about the professor.

Notes: The dream was very vivid and I was ablt to wake and return. When I finially got up I was pleased I was able to recall so many details.

Your dream carries strong themes of value, responsibility, transformation, and social dynamics, all woven into a setting of institutions—first a camp, then a college, then a hospital-like facility. These spaces symbolize stages of development, learning, and contribution, as well as shifting perspectives on your role within them.

Breaking It Down:

1. The Sleepaway Camp & the Pressure to Donate

  • This part of the dream suggests a past connection to something meaningful (possibly from childhood or early adulthood) that has now transformed into a cause requiring financial support.
  • The host pressing you for a donation represents external (or internal) pressure to give back. You snap at him, indicating frustration—perhaps at feeling judged or expected to contribute in a way you’re not yet ready for.
  • When his clothes change from professional to worn-out casual, it suggests that your perception of him shifts—he is no longer just a formal figure asking for money but a more humble or struggling individual. This could symbolize seeing the "real" situation behind a request, where the need is genuine, but so is your current limitation.
  • Your negotiation (him thinking $20,000, you thinking $1,000) suggests a significant gap in expectations—not just in finances but possibly in how much you feel capable of giving versus what others expect.

🔹 This may reflect a current situation where you feel the weight of responsibility to contribute but are negotiating how much you can realistically give (whether in money, time, or energy). You might be in a phase of redefining your generosity—what you can give without overextending yourself.

2. Transition to the College Campus: Missing the Trash Can

  • The setting shifts to a college campus, representing growth, education, and intellectual refinement—a more structured and advanced space.
  • You are in a public, open area, carrying trash—this could represent something you’re holding onto that needs to be discarded.
  • You try to throw it away but miss, which causes mild embarrassment. You pick it up, reconsider another flashy attempt, but instead, opt for a more practical, controlled action—disposing of it in a smaller, more temporary bin.

🔹 This might reflect a realization that trying to make an impressive or immediate "clean break" (from an old habit, responsibility, or way of thinking) doesn’t always work. Instead, incremental, practical steps may be the way forward. The fact that you successfully place it in a second bin suggests you are still clearing things out of your life but in a way that fits your current capacity.

3. Searching for the Professor & the Hospital-Like Facility

  • You shift from an open, social college space to a structured hall with offices, indicating a search for knowledge, mentorship, or guidance.
  • The professor, whom both you and your friend are looking for, represents an authority figure, wisdom, or a missing key to something you're trying to understand. You remember hearing that he’s in “B,” a detail you use to refine your search.
  • The hospital beds on the right suggest people in need of healing or care, indicating that this space is not just about learning but also recovery, transformation, or dealing with something deeply human.
  • The work cubicles on the left symbolize productivity, order, and a structured place to focus—perhaps where you expect to find the professor.
  • When you attempt to enter, a woman stops you, meaning there’s a barrier between where you are and the answer or knowledge you’re seeking.

🔹 This part of the dream suggests that while you are actively searching for wisdom or insight, you might feel blocked from accessing it fully. The hospital beds and workspaces together could indicate that the professor (or what he represents) exists at the intersection of healing and structured learning—but you’re not yet granted access.

Big Picture: What Is Your Mind Processing?

  1. Shifting Identity & Responsibilities:

    • The camp fundraiser may symbolize a past version of yourself and your changing relationship with contribution (both financial and personal). You are negotiating how much of yourself to give without overextending.
  2. Refining Your Actions & Approach:

    • The missed trash can suggests a need for adjustment—realizing that small, practical changes are better than dramatic or unnecessary gestures. This could apply to personal growth, financial matters, or social interactions.
  3. Seeking Knowledge but Facing Barriers:

    • The search for the professor suggests a quest for wisdom, clarity, or mentorship.
    • The hospital component suggests that some part of this learning process involves healing—perhaps old wounds, past mistakes, or emotional/intellectual growth.
    • The barrier stopping you from entering may indicate that while you are getting closer, you are not quite ready or the timing isn’t right.

Possible Real-Life Parallels:

  • Are you feeling pressure to give back in some way—financially, emotionally, or through mentorship?
  • Are you trying to transition to a more thoughtful, calculated approach in decision-making instead of impulsive actions?
  • Do you feel blocked from accessing some kind of knowledge, mentorship, or personal growth that you are actively seeking?
  • Is there an area of your life where you’re negotiating between expectations and reality (such as career, finances, or personal commitments)?
This dream suggests that you’re in an important phase of redefining your role, responsibilities, and what you’re willing to contribute. It also highlights that you’re actively seeking wisdom and answers, but you may need to be patient or refine your approach before gaining full access to them.

Two Segments

Two Segments of much larger dream sequence:

I am Outdoors in a garden possibly my own. There's large numbers of people Milling around informing small groups. I'm trying to start a conversation in one of these groups but having no success. As I introduce people to each other there is a language barrier or a hearing barrier is not clear. What is clear is that there is an interest or lack of Interest barrier. I keep trying to redirect the conversation and focus people's attention on each other but it is not successful. It is frustrating and saddening.

I am now in part of my living quarters but it is outside. Is also at the top of a series of interconnected platforms the space I'm actually in is fairly small. The group that I am with is preparing to go to dinner in another location. We are anticipating a line when we get to the food. I look at our Shelf and decide I'm going to pass out plates to make the process easier for people. But as I do I realize some of the plates are dirty. It's actually worse than dirty I think there's some bugs or something crawling on one of them. It's distressing.

Note: Awoke feeling stressed. Happy I can remember some detail, but much was lost. I need better diciline while waking.

Interpretation: Feeling of inability to communicated and a disshelvied life style that can be embarrising.

Both of these dream segments seem to revolve around themes of communication barriers, preparation, and frustration in social situations—perhaps reflecting something in your waking life that feels similarly challenging or unfulfilling. Let’s break them down.

Dream Segment 1: The Frustrating Garden Gathering

  • Garden Setting – A garden, especially one you believe may be your own, often symbolizes personal growth, creativity, and the cultivation of ideas or relationships. Since this space is outside, it could reflect something public or shared rather than deeply private.
  • Large Numbers of People in Groups – This suggests social interaction, but the fact that you are trying to engage and connect with others while they remain disinterested could indicate a feeling of isolation or lack of resonance with those around you.
  • Language or Hearing Barrier – Whether it’s a literal language difference or an inability to hear each other, this symbolizes a disconnect in communication—not just misunderstandings, but perhaps a deeper inability to “reach” people in the way you’d like.
  • Interest Barrier – This is significant. Unlike a simple miscommunication, it suggests a mismatch between your passions and those of others. Are you trying to introduce ideas, concepts, or people in your waking life, only to find that they don’t seem to care? Are you longing for more meaningful connections?
  • Frustration & Sadness – The emotional tone suggests this isn't just a passing annoyance but something that truly matters to you—perhaps a desire for a community, an audience, or simply people who "get" you.

🔹 Possible Interpretation
This dream may reflect a frustration with feeling unheard, unseen, or unable to share something important—whether it's an idea, a personal insight, or even just a desire for deeper conversations. You might be experiencing this socially, professionally, or even in an internal struggle to bring people together for a cause that they don't seem interested in. It could also reflect a desire for meaningful dialogue but encountering apathy or distraction in others.

Dream Segment 2: Dirty Plates & Preparation for a Meal

  • Living Quarters Outside & Elevated on Platforms – Your home being outside and elevated suggests a sense of exposure or a precarious position. Perhaps you feel like your current foundation (whether emotional, social, or practical) is not entirely stable, or that you are separate from a more grounded or conventional sense of "home."
  • Group Preparing for Dinner Elsewhere – Food and meals often symbolize nourishment, both physical and emotional. Since the group is preparing to leave for dinner, it could represent an upcoming social or communal experience where you anticipate some difficulty (the line at the food station).
  • Passing Out Plates to Help – You are trying to facilitate and prepare, ensuring that things run smoothly for others. This may suggest that, in waking life, you are often the one who takes initiative or carries the responsibility of making things easier for a group.
  • Realizing Some Plates Are Dirty & Infested – The distress over the dirty (even contaminated) plates is important. Plates, as vessels for food, symbolize preparedness and the ability to receive nourishment. Discovering them to be dirty and infested suggests a realization that something you intended to provide or share isn’t actually suitable or ready—or worse, that it might even be harmful.

🔹 Possible Interpretation
This dream may reflect a concern about being adequately prepared or offering something of value to others—but discovering at the last moment that what you are providing isn’t as “clean” or as useful as you thought. It could connect to a fear of failing in leadership, caretaking, or social responsibilities. The bugs could indicate underlying issues that you hadn’t noticed until it was too late, possibly hinting at unresolved baggage, self-doubt, or hidden flaws in a plan you are trying to execute.

Connecting the Two Dreams

Both dreams share common themes:

  1. Trying to facilitate connection or help a group.
  2. Encountering unexpected barriers (disinterest, dirty plates).
  3. Feeling frustrated, sad, or distressed when your efforts don’t succeed.

This could point to a waking-life situation where you're trying to organize, communicate, or assist others, but it’s not going as planned. Maybe you’re trying to build something (a community, a project, or even relationships), but there’s resistance, disinterest, or unseen complications.

💡 Key Takeaways:

  • Are you trying to bridge a gap between people (socially or intellectually) but finding them unresponsive?
  • Are you feeling let down by the quality of what you have to offer, as if it’s not good enough?
  • Do you feel responsible for making things easier for others, yet your efforts aren’t yielding the desired results?

If this resonates, it might be a call to reassess where you're investing your energy. Perhaps it’s time to find the right audience or community—people who do resonate with what you have to offer. Or, it could suggest an internal process of refinement—clearing out the "bugs" before you present something to the world.

Does this interpretation make sense to you? Let me know what stands out!

On Campus, Again

I'm with my partner and we are discussing a major event planned for the women on the campus are going to gather and do some sort of spa experience. There's nothing similar planned for the men and I comment on that. As a result I'm given a very special status and possibly a message from the leader of the University. I'm transported very rapidly to another part of Campus.

I am now going through a stack of papers back with my partner. Is apparently something that is functioning like a newsletter but it's individually submitted items there's a page that describes each one. First several or more formal. And then there is a new format that's somehow less formal. It Dawns on me that you have to thumb through all of the Articles to see what's next there's no way to scan. I think briefly that we are on a college campus and this is the best they could do is to assemble individually submitted items with no attempt to coordinate the information. Still I'm excited to see what's going on in keep coming through and repeatedly come back to this document as the dream continues.

I realize that I am pleased my current state of research. It seems very basic I am pounding a pole into the ground. My mate's father is about to do something that is going to encourage me in my work. I look at myself doing the work and suddenly I am a woman. I wake startled.

Notes: In past dreams I have visitied colleges and large business institutions many times. Very often I am disoriented and ineffective. This time is decidely different. As I way partially awake I regret not getting an advanced degree, But then I knw that the process is largely based on being able to amass and recite massive amounts of detail. A skill I do not have nor do I want. Largely seems a waste of time.

My Interpretation: I am very encouraged by the positive experience on campus. I assume it is linked to my recent and brief success at exercise, but more importantly the guitar. While I have been resisting playng the guitar I flipped the script by making myself earn the right to play by doing some/any exercise first. I set up the TRX on my pullup bar and installed giant rubberbands in anticipation of working up to pullups. Red Letter Day.

ChatGPT Interpretation:

Your dream carries deep symbolic layers related to identity, recognition, information processing, and self-perception. Here’s a breakdown of its key elements:

1. The Gendered Event & Special Status

You and your partner discuss a major event planned for the women on campus, while nothing is arranged for the men. You express awareness of this imbalance, which results in you being granted a special status and possibly receiving a message from the university leader.

  • Interpretation: This suggests a moment of realization about fairness, gender roles, or inclusion. Your recognition of an oversight (or imbalance) earns you special acknowledgment, implying that your voice has value when calling attention to such matters. It may reflect how you perceive societal structures or how you feel about recognition in your own life—perhaps you feel that speaking up can grant you influence or access to greater insight.

2. The Newsletter & Frustration with Information Processing

You and your partner go through a stack of individually submitted newsletter items. Initially, they are formal, but the format changes to something less structured. You realize you must go through them manually since they are not coordinated.

  • Interpretation: This represents your engagement with knowledge and learning. The lack of organization suggests a struggle with how information is presented or absorbed. Given that you have ADHD, this could symbolize real-life frustration with information processing—having to sift through scattered knowledge instead of accessing it in an intuitive way. Despite this, you are excited to keep going, which suggests a genuine curiosity and motivation to learn, even if the process feels inefficient.

3. Research & the Pole in the Ground

You are pleased with your research, which involves pounding a pole into the ground. Your partner’s father is about to encourage you.

  • Interpretation: Pounding a pole into the ground suggests establishing a foundation or staking a claim—a symbol of grounding, creating stability, or defining a personal territory. This could represent your commitment to a project or idea, whether in your waking life it relates to tiny homes, dog training, spiritual growth, or another endeavor. Your mate’s father encouraging you suggests external validation or approval from an authoritative figure, possibly reflecting a desire for support or recognition.

4. Sudden Transformation into a Woman

As you work, you suddenly become a woman, which startles you awake.

  • Interpretation: This transformation could symbolize:
    • A shift in perspective, seeing things from a different point of view.
    • An integration of feminine aspects within yourself (intuition, receptivity, emotional depth).
    • A questioning of identity or social roles.
    • The influence of the earlier discussion about gender at the start of the dream—perhaps your subconscious is exploring the fluidity of identity in response to that.

Overall Themes:

  • Recognition & influence: You speak up and are given status.
  • Frustration with information processing: A desire for more structure in learning.
  • Building something new: Pounding a pole suggests laying groundwork for future goals.
  • Integration of masculine and feminine aspects: The transformation suggests a shift in perspective or a deeper understanding of gendered experiences.

Possible Real-Life Connections

  • Do you feel like your contributions or perspectives are not always recognized?
  • Are you working on something that requires patience and grounding?
  • Have you been thinking about the way information is structured in your life (especially regarding research, learning, or communication)?
  • Are you reflecting on gender roles, either in a societal sense or within yourself?

This dream suggests you're in a phase of deep learning, personal validation, and restructuring of your perspective, possibly related to your work, relationships, or spiritual growth. Let me know if any part resonates!

Hitler: Epic Horror Cinema

I'm with team of people preparing to make a biopic picture. We are a very large compound with a matrix of narrow roads. There are many very large buildings. Seems to be a combination of some sort of business possibly a movie studios and lumber yard.

We are filming and doing what Alex would call b-roll. We're touring the facility getting its history the man leading the tour and our primary focus is very old. It is not long before things get dark and weird and then scary. People begin to disappear mysteriously and seemingly violently. The more people that disappear the younger and stronger the old man becomes. At some point he becomes an obvious direct threat to my life and he chases me. I am in a small sports car that's very fast with an intention of getting away. But I realize if I leave the rest of my crew and friends they will be destroyed. I'm going very fast and I have an intention of catching up with the group and running over the threat. As I'm zooming I realize if I crash my car into him I will kill several of my friends that are surrounding him. So that is no longer an option.

I am now in a narrow dirt road with walls on all sides of me and this evil version of Hitler is driving the same car towards me at a high speed. I look around that I have no options. I jump straight in the air and manage to clear the car without being run over. I am now chasing him into a large warehouse of some kind. I am deathly afraid but determined to capture him and destroy him. I am now feeling threatened and I try to escape the warehouse and all around me are giant stacks of lumber. They're very tall and thick and go it right angles. They look like perfectly formed segments of trees that are massive very regular stacks of them. I get the idea to push one of them to block the door. A domino effect takes over and thousands of these trees fall against not only the door but the entire building and pile it under a massive amount of this dense dark wood. I feel that he's been inexorably contained and feel safe to a certain degree. I wake up viscerally afraid breathing hard and yet amazed at the detail of the dream. I come in and out of the dream and now realize that he's not dead but only trapped and I have created the door for a sequel.

Noted: it is not clear how I have come to believe that this is Hitler and that by killing people and destroying them he's becoming younger and stronger. As the filming begins unfilled with all and respect of what this old man has accomplished and how large is facility is. But very shortly that respect turns to fear and then to an immediate life and death struggle against him.

ChatGPT Interpretation:

Your dream carries strong themes of transformation, power, fear, and creative responsibility. Let’s break it down step by step.

The Biopic and The Setting

The fact that you are making a biopic suggests that this is a story about history, a retelling of something that has already happened. The compound—a mix of a movie studio and a lumber yard—could symbolize creation and construction (both literal and figurative). The studio represents storytelling, perception, and illusion, while the lumberyard represents raw materials, foundation, and reality. This contrast might point to your own struggle between narrative and truth—perhaps in how you interpret past events in your life or history in general.

The Old Man Growing Younger and More Dangerous

This entity is initially a wise guide, but as people vanish, he feeds off their disappearance and gains strength at their expense. This strongly suggests a parasitic force—perhaps a toxic ideology, a dangerous belief, or even a representation of time itself consuming youth and vitality. It could also represent how some narratives or figures from history become more powerful when people forget the cost of their existence.

Since he ultimately manifests as an evil version of Hitler, he may represent unchecked tyranny, oppressive ideologies, or a force that thrives on control and destruction. In personal terms, this could symbolize an aspect of your own past, trauma, or a societal force that preys on weakness to gain power.

The Chase and the Dilemma

When you’re in the sports car, you're fast and have the ability to escape. However, you realize that leaving means abandoning your team to destruction—showing that you feel responsible for others and that true victory cannot come from running away. However, when you try to destroy the enemy head-on, you see that it would also harm those closest to you. This reflects a moral dilemma—perhaps about how to fight evil or corruption without becoming part of the destruction yourself.

The Final Confrontation and The Warehouse

The scene with the narrow road and the head-on collision with Hitler suggests you are being forced to face this darkness directly, with no room to escape. Jumping over the car shows that you have an ability to rise above destruction rather than meeting it with direct violence.

Then comes the lumber warehouse—a massive structure filled with stacked wood. Wood, in dreams, often represents knowledge, growth, or even ancient wisdom. The perfectly cut logs could symbolize structured ideas, history, or the weight of collective knowledge. By toppling them, you bury the darkness under something greater than itself—not destroying it but containing it with immense force.

The Feeling of a Sequel

The realization that he is not dead but trapped suggests an unfinished battle—one that could return at any time. This could symbolize that evil or dangerous forces never truly disappear, only go dormant, waiting for another opportunity to rise. It also suggests that you are now the storyteller, the creator of the next chapter—placing the responsibility on you to decide what happens next.

Possible Meanings in Your Life

  1. A Battle Against a Deep-Rooted Fear or Trauma – The old man growing stronger from disappearances could represent how ignoring or forgetting something painful allows it to gain power. The final burial under wood may show an attempt to suppress it rather than fully resolve it.

  2. A Struggle with History and the Weight of the Past – The presence of Hitler and the biopic theme could symbolize an awareness of how dangerous ideologies repeat when they are not fully understood or addressed.

  3. A Personal or Philosophical Conflict – You might be grappling with how to fight evil or injustice without harming those around you, or struggling with how much responsibility you bear in shaping history, stories, or truth.

  4. Creative Control and Narrative Power – Since the dream is set within a movie production, this could reflect your own relationship with storytelling—whether about your own life or about larger events. You may be asking yourself: Am I the director of my own story, or just reacting to forces outside my control?

Final Thoughts

This dream is cinematic, layered, and intense. It suggests you are facing something formidable yet not unbeatable—but the battle is not over. The detail and visceral fear mixed with awe point to something important unfolding in your subconscious. Whether it is a personal, philosophical, or even spiritual journey, you have placed the villain under heavy weight, but he still exists beneath the surface. The next move is yours.

Do you feel this resonates with anything going on in your waking life?

The Old Country

 The Old Country

I'm in a building with Cindy. We have recently bought it . I's a new business adventure for her. We are looking out the window onto the street in front of us and there's a tremendous traffic jam. We're waiting for the traffic to clear to leave. In the meantime we have an employee and this is her last day. Cindy wants to change her password and I say that would be bad if she was in the middle of doing something let me go find her and ask her when she wants to stop using the computer. I start out to look for her.

I poke my head into a few rooms and find large very poor families all lying around in bed. They're all black. I am embarrassed and back out and go looking for more rooms. It also comes to mind that our employee is black and I have forgotten her name. I want to call her Erica and actually calling out that name knowing it's the wrong one and that I will be embarrassed.

The stairs on the outside of the house are very rickety. I have come to understand that there are two brothers living in the house that are from Portugal. One of them is a carpenter builds home and the other builds engines. I make it into another room but it's not a room at all it's an entrance into a very large elegant space. There's multiple rooms there's a grand piano and there are several people gathered talking and singing. We talk about the old country and that I visited Cindy's father's home Vvllage in Slovakia. One of the people that are talking about doing something similar and bursts out in song as he remembers them from his childhood. They were very operatic.

As I am walking up the stairs to their house I thought the stairs were very dilapidated as well because the runners were floppy. But then I realized that they were not dilapidated at all but we're very sophisticated stairs that had storage built into them and you could flip it with your toe and that the problem was that there was toys and things sticking out and you just had to juggle them to get the tops to drop smoothly and be secure. One of the men in the house volunteers to guide me through the rest of the building to find my secretary. He ventures out over the railing and starts walking down the stairs on the railing like he weighs nothing and he's an acrobat. He is between mature and elderly in his age but very fit. He explains to me we are going to the third floor we walk up the stairs to the third floor and when we get there we're on the ground floor and are looking out at the front yard.

I wake amazed at he detail of the dream and the details that I can remember. But I begin to ruminate on white supremacy and the greed and corruption of our politicians that have all enriched themselves instead of the people they represent. In my family I was the first generation to college and now it's going in the other direction.
